I visited Dr. Ashima along with my mother for her depression treatment. My mother who was taking treatment from CMC ludhiana from past several years but is not suiting her. We feel lucky to meet Dr. Ashima. During our first visit itself, doctor listened to us in through, asked queries and understood the issue very well. Her prescribed medicines worked like wonder. We could see significant improvement within initial month of treatment. All thanks to Dr. Ashima who herself calls to check for my mom's well being. Moreover, my mother being from Punjab, speaks and understand a little in Hindi, still the doctor prefers to talk to her directly and never opted to speak to me which is more convenient to her as well.I am very much satisfied with the treatment. My mother did not laugh much in the past years but now after the treatment my mother laugh and talk more than before, she share her thoughts. All these changes are after treatment only. I visited the doctor during Corona pandemic. I was facing depression issues, sleeplessness, general anxiety and a pressing health issue, redressed of which was getting postponed due to Corona. I was under tremendous stress, anxiety and restlessness. Due to loss of sleep, appetite and concentration, I could not carry out normal household activities. After trying some home remedies, advice from family and friends, I realized that only professional help could get me out of the mess.

I chose Dr. ASHIMA RANJAN due to her qualifications and experience. In addition, her patients had rated her well. I wanted someone who would listen to me and understand what I was going through.

When I met Dr. Ashima, she made feel comfortable by her calm composure. She prescribed some medicine, taught me some instant relaxation techniques, and asked for a review visit after a few days. I visited Dr Jyoti almost a couple of years ago, when I was in a lot of pain due to stiffness in my neck.The sessions were really effective and I could feel the difference after the first session itself. She was very friendly and explained about the exercises which would help me to stop the pain from recurring again.Earlier the pain used to recur after a few months, but after visiting her it's been a couple of years now and I haven't experienced the neck pain again.My experience has been really great!

I am currently taking treatment from Dr Jyoti for pain in Left Arm and Shoulder, I got her contact through Google and basis the recommendations given by her patients, I decided to get in touch with her. Within 4-5 sessions, my problem is gone, the exercises and other suggestions she gave were very effective and helpful. It was not only current problem she also advised for issues which I have observed otherwise in my day to day life and running (I do haff marathons regularly). I went to Dr. Jyoti with a very severe pain in my inner thighs which made it impossible for me to sit cross legged. The Doctor immediately put me at ease with her countenance and congeniality. She heard me very patiently, a virtue not very common with the medical fraternity, and then explained to me the possible causes and effects of my problem. She even displayed a muscle lock through charts and diagrams; with just 2 to 3 sittings, my pain got eased to a great extent and she suggested many easy and doable exercises at home which I followed and found immediate relief. I was taking fatty liver treatment since 2020 and visited clinic multiple times in last 2 years. Dr Ashima is a very calm listener and understand her patient’s issue very well. I am undergoing the treatment under her guidance and i am extremely satisfied with the course she mentioned and the way she handle the queries. She is a well experienced doctor, which is evident by the fact that she speaks little(about medicine course and help patient to feel better) but allow her patient to talk about even the minute things. I would definitely recommend Dr Ashima regarding any emotional or stress related issues.
